About Me

It all started with cake decorating. I completed several Wilton's cake decorating classes and really enjoyed the artistic aspects of cake decorating-mixing colors, using the various icing tips and layering the icing in such a way until I achieved the perfect look and theme I wanted. But I knew the baking wouldn't hold my long term affection. So I continued searching for career options that I would truly thrive in. While working in a call center for a company that handles customer service for Estée Lauder, MAC, Clinique, and several other well know brands, I had the opportunity to attend make up seminars and training, and that was where I discovered my true passion. Makeup and skin care married the artistry from cake decorating with untapped realms of color, style, texture, and medical science. 

From there, I attended and completed my higher education at Space Coast Health Institute where I received training in waxing and esthetician work. I learned about the science behind skin care and how to meet the individual needs of each person's skin I saw while in clinical training. To gain even more practical experience and perspective, while in school, I worked for Estée Lauder as a counter consultant. I graduated with my Skin Care Specialists License and began pursuing a career as a freelance makeup artist and skin care consultant. 

I enjoy staying on top of the latest trends and fashions in makeup artistry as well as the continual advancements made in skin care science. The market is flooded with new products that claim to be the latest and greatest and it is my goal to help you sort through these claims to find the good products and to expose the ones you shouldn't waste your money on. I truly believe there is a makeup and skin care routine for every budget and skin care type, and I will strive with excellence to help you find it. My dream is to be able to support myself through freelance makeup artistry so please consider me for any of your special events or photography sessions, and I will work with you to achieve the custom look you want.
